In this project
Our client is a heavy industry company with operations across an entire continent. They operate in diverse fields such as Mining, Defence Marine, Distributor, and Oil and Gas, with eight different locations contributing to revenue to varying degrees. Due to the vast scope of their services, building customer satisfaction can be challenging, as each industry has its own playbook for delivery schedule, transportation, and location from hub. Our task is to develop tailor-made solutions for each industry in which they operate.
Analysis
We analysed data of past 45 weeks from their ERP. We had to sort the data for our algorithm because some data was not usable and outright mis filled columns. After our thorough analysis from our team we suggested our client different models for each industry they serve.
