Nowadays companies collaborate in a robust network. From a traditional client-customer relationship, the commercial partnerships become more and tighter. To specialized in their core competencies, companies even outsource more of their tasks. This new model called Efficient Global Leadership model (EGL) shows that companies need each other to provide a single service to the customer. This is a fact that three or more organizations work together to fulfill the customer’s need. Therefore, the customer becomes the center of the business network as shown on the diagram below.
